- Birthday packages are required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking. Birthday bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. You CAN change the date.
- Parties are allowed to enter and set up 10 minutes early and no sooner.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed other than a birthday cake or cupcakes. (unless you book the $400 private party package)
- No ice cream or ice cream cakes allowed.
- If you bring your own table settings, it will be your responsibility to set them up when you arrive. (Parties can set up 10 minutes before table time starts, no sooner)
- Presents, balloons and decorations are always welcome. NO Confetti or balloons with confetti or silly string. All other items must be approved.
- Parents of the birthday child or parents supervising their child who was invited to the party are the ONLY patrons allowed to enter free. All other guests may be subject to admission charges.
- There is a $35 fee for each extra birthday child.
- There is an extra charge for each additional party guest partaking in the attraction you chose. This does not include extra food or drinks (skating or LT).
- All party packages must be booked in advance, walk in groups will not be offered entry into party rooms/areas.
- We do not guarantee extra seating at your party tables for non skating adults. Plenty of standing room will be available.
- The party server is NOT a dedicated party host. They are there to assist in serving items to you as well as serving to the other parties in the facility at that time.
- Your package price does not cover all other costs associated within the facility. Take time to read what your package includes.
- These are not all of the policies associated with our birthday packages. They are subject to change at any time without reason and without warning.
- We serve beer, seltzer, and other assorted canned drinks, we do not allow you to bring in your own adult beverages.
- Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside of the building.
